Eat Merimbula Festival

Held in March every year in Merimbula’s Fishpen area EAT Merimbula is a festival that celebrates the flavour of the Far South Coast.  Don’t be fooled by the market style food stalls, this is restaurant quality food. Local restaurateurs, chefs, cooks and foodies show off their talent with local produce and seafood.

Merimbula Fortune Fours

If lawn bowls is your game then the Merimbula Bowling Club Fortune Fours is an event not to be missed.  Held at Club Sapphire Merimbula in May each year, this event brings the best bowlers to the area.



Merimbula Events - Jazz Festival

Jazz Festival

The Merimbula Jazz Festival is held each year on the June long weekend 2017.  This event involves all major venues in Merimbula along with a fun musical parade through the town.


Merimbula Events - Ace of Clubs

Ace of Clubs Golf

The Ace of Clubs is held in June each year. It is played across 4 different courses on the Far South Coast, Pambula Merimbula, Tura Beach Country Club, Bega Country Club and Eden Country Club. Played on a typical tournament basis, a King and Queen are crowned after 4 days of enjoyable, yet competitive golf.



Merimbula Week of Golf

The Week of Golf in October has been held for more than 30 years and is now an iconic amateur golfing event in Australia.  It is widely regarded as one of the best tournaments for golfers. Visitors come from every state of Australia and several overseas countries.  The event should be on every golfer’s calendar, with approximately 800 golfers playing a variety of competitions in a tremendously friendly, carnival atmosphere.



Merimbula Events - Mambo

Mambo Classic

The Mambo Classic annual event has just had its 36th year. Running over 4 days it encompasses kite surfing and surf sailing in the waves and SUP paddling both in the waves and in ocean races.  Held at Merimbula Main beach, this event has become one of the major weekend festivals on the Far South Coast.
